first off, they made my coffee wrong then where they went to fix it they just added espresso. Mix it with a spoon mind you I already drink from it so that’s cross-contamination and they should’ve just in my drink from the beginning instead employee argued with me told me I couldn’t get my money back and told me he made my coffee like I asked him to do he did it because it tasted like milk so then I called the manager because he said he couldn’t do the return so now I have the manager she use the same spoon that he makes my coffee with so it still contaminated and it tasted the same way as his I mean every day, Customer but not at your location it’s on 32 so I’m used to getting my usual and it did not taste like my usual. I believe the espresso should be brewed at the time of my purchase instead brewing it God knows how long ago and putting the incorrect amount of espresso I am not happy with the service today and I’m still not happy with the coffee is still sitting in my fridge tasting like milk I got to say every time I go to your location the service is terrible and the employees have an attitude if they’re not happy there they shouldn’t be working there

Dunkin is dunkin. What can you say about them? Coffee is usually yummy. I have become slightly addicted to pistachio almond fudge flavor. But today was a little disappointing. Gales Ferry Dunkin on Rt 12. Service at drive through was polite. Greeted me at window. Fast service. But no tag or markings on coffee to say how many creams were put in or even the flavor. Usually the fudge is able to be seen at the bottom and I need to give an extra shake but love to drink it that way. Flavor is a little off. Is it because they mixed so well? Or not as much pistachio almond as usual. Eh? It’s still iced dunkin on the first day of summer. Oh. Didnt give or offer me my receipt. Sometimes like to do the survey and get a free donut.

I have yet to have a good experience with this location. If you go inside it takes 15 minutes to get your order because they are too focused on the drive thru. When I go through the drive thru they always have me pull off to the side and wait 5+ minutes for my order to come out. When I asked the employees why I always have to pull off to the side he said “they have a drive thru timer and if it goes in the red they get in trouble”. The worst part is that when the food does finally come out, it’s either wrong, over cooked or undercooked. This poor service has been going on for a year, not sure why I expected different results. I will not be going back to this location again.

Went in the other day and was blown away with the fact the people working were helpful and made sure they got my order right. Normally I give my order and it’s a toss up if they get it right or wrong. The guys working asked for clarification and made sure to double check. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’.

Coffee is consistently cold, I feel like they don’t make fresh coffee, or throw away the black burnt coffee in the pot after it’s elapsed time on the heater. Staff is extremely slow, like turtle crossing the road, like whales making sweet sweet love. General manager and district manager please take the time to fix your establishment. There are several 1 star reviews on Google here. If people are telling you there’s a problem, that means there’s a problem. If you do nothing about it than u need to be fired and replaced with some one who cares.
