I’ve eaten many times at Izumi since they opened 10 years ago. This is the only Japanese restaurant in Great Falls and that’s part of the reasons we keep going back. Food is good, prices are reasonable. Service used to be bad but has gotten better.

Careless service on carry outs. They often give you the wrong order and you have to drive back later to correct it. They don’t offer much by way of apologies or compensation. Be sure to check your order before walking out with it. Too bad. They are nice people just don’t seem to have their act together.

We ordered takeout from here for the first time. Really horrible food!!! Chicken teriyaki was undercooked, bland and gross. California roll had some gross sauce over it (not as a side), so my kids hated it! Overall we trashed most of the food. Would never revisit this or recommend to anyone.
