What an incredible experience at my first Chicken Salad Chick. I have never been to a place with such attentive employees. The food is made fresh every day and has generous portions for the cost. With a simple menu, you don’t have to worry about what you order because it’s all very good. Meals come with delicious butter creme cookies and a generous side. I will definitely stop again when I find other Chicken Salad Chicks.

I got the Nancy chicken salad blt sandwich and it was so good! I also got a side of spicy pimento cheese. It was a little too spicy for my taste. The combo came with a free iced sugar cookie. Love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have outdoor patio seating.

Wholesome high quality ingredients. Reliable lunch spot. Make sure you order ahead and pick up vs walk up and order to go. They seem to run a tight ship on processing pre-orders, but if you walk in without pre-ordering, the wait time CAN be considerable.

Very long line for counter orders, eventually opened second register. Service was simply slow.Please cut back on amount of salt being added, especially the Buffalo version, experienced this at two different locations.

This might be one of my new lunch time spots! Visited here for the first time & had the pleasure of placing my order with the manager. She was very patient with me & even allowed me to try a couple scoops before making my decision. Lots of options for any taste preference and everything looks fairly healthy, calorie counts included on the menu. I wanted to be good so I stuck with 2 scoops – buffalo & Dixie chick – both very good & a side broccoli salad. However, I saw quite a few people order the sandwiches & they looked very big and good. I might calorie splurge next time lol. I love that they include a cookie with your order. The perfect little sweet treat to cap off my meal.

I didn’t know how to order, so staff patiently helped me. I ordered Buffalo chicken salad on a croissant and a side of the Old Fashion or whatever the one w/onions is. It was too much to eat in one sitting, and I had the rest for dinner. Deeliciousss
