Everywhere in Odenton was busy with crazy long wait times so we decided to just have pizza delivered to our hotel room. Not only was the food delicious, but it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. They beat the other local small pizza restaurants nearby on taste, delivery time, and price. I would highly recommend this location!

I barley leave reviews but with this terrible experience I was forced to. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. I got pizza and wings and it was absolutely terrible & when I asked them to fixed the order they said “they will rather process a refund since I like wasting food” TERRIBLE customer service not worth doing business with them at all.

We order the same subs with potato wedges and sometimes more items at least twice a week. Both for pick up and delivery. Yesterday my fiancé ordered a chicken cheese steak with everything including peppers (the same thing he gets every time) for delivery. When he received his sub they only had the peppers in it, not everything it normally comes with. He called back to let them know and the manager started yelling at him on the phone over saying my fiancé was a liar, and that he has witnesses that heard him order. This literally could have been fixed with a quick remake of a simple sub or a refund. But instead the manager became insulting for absolutely no reason. They lost regulars literally over 1 sub

Ordered Wings and Pizza, came almost after 1 hr and 10 mins. (Said will be there in 25 mins). Pizza and wings both already started getting cold. Asked for spinach and chicken pizza. Very few chicken and a few leaves of spinach. Some slices almost a cheese pizza. (Was starving so ate a slice and realized I should take a picture)

Super bad experience! I ordered two pizzas! I called them back ‘cause they want to make sure I want cheese I said of course I want them with cheese. So they didn’t again! They just put cheese on top and reheated them!. Both pizzas were burned on the bottom and dry!. Bad customer service they want to have the reason and do whatever they want. I’m a food supervisor and I think they don’t know customers are always first!. I give a big CERO! See the picture and prove what I said is the truth!

Received some pick-up special coupons. Called to place my order, the person answered seemed extremely disinterested as I ordered a large half cheese-half pepperoni pizza. Went to pick it up, the girl at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge the fact I came into the store, or try to get another employee to help us. Eventually, someone else came up and asked what we wanted. We told them what we ordered, to find out they made us a full pepperoni pizza. Just wanting to eat at this point, I said it would be fine. However, the pizza was good.

This is very uncomfortable for me as I write this review. There is a really rude guy there. Don’t know his name, but he’s the really short one. He seemed extremely uninterested when I was asking him questions about the restaurant, this was my first visit. Anyway, I placed my order with another, more friendly cashier and went to use the restroom. Don’t know if the Rude Guy thought I was doing something illegal in the restroom or what, but he somehow unlocked the door and barged in the restroom without knocking. I was practically naked and in the middle…wiping. He promptly left as he saw that I was actually using the restroom. The food I bought was NOT worth the embarrassment and the food wasn’t even hot. That was my first night in Maryland, btw. I’m gonna love it here
