Wonderful pasties, steak and chicken were great. Chicago dogs were also quite tasty but did not taste the traditional celery salt. Better than the ones I bought on the way back from Copper Harbor on the south side of the upper peninsula near the bridge (frozen of course) the puff pastry made all the difference! Price/value – great. Will be back many times as it’s only 10 minutes from the cottage.

I’m from NY and this was my first pastie experience and overall it wasn’t bad. Basically tasted like a pot pie but with that hard outer crust that I don’t even like. The crust texture on this was much flakier. If I’m ever in the area again I’d totally go back for another and possibly try a different receipe. Seems like a good summer time joint with all the different ice cream flavors.

Man….. The original and steak pasties are phenomenal! If you’re in the area of Farwell, MI. It’s in the middle of (nowheresville) and a nondescript building. But you need to stop and have some of the tastiest pasties in Michigan!

Located right off the freeway. Staff was very helpful and nice. We had pasties-which canbe ordered ready to eat or frozen. They were very good-very filling, the right amount of veggies and meat, good gravy (purchase separately). A great meal when heading to the cabin-just warm up in the microwave!

Great service. Super friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I really enjoyed the Mexican Pasties. Very flavorful. We have enjoyed many of the pasty varieties Kathy has to offer. All have been excellent. Frozen or fresh Kathy’s are the best.

Stoped in on my way to get my stuff from from Marion. My mother-in-law stopped , because she wanted the pasties. Thay we’re very good. That where served hot when we received them. We ate inside. Vary friendly employees. Will eat there again when we are over that way. Gravy was great to.
