This location is severely lacking in management. There aren’t a lot of quick options in Somerset. We have been here multiple times over the last two years and more times than not there is something wrong with our order. They are frequently out of menu items. The lobby is sometimes closed. If you have a large vehicle, it might be difficult to navigate their cramped drive-thru.

Ordered a bean burrito with no red sauce add sour cream and an order of cinnamon twists. The order was correct on my receipt. Pulled away from the window and there were no cinnamon twists in the bag. Went back through to get the cinnamon twists and left again. Started eating my burrito and there was no sour cream, which I paid for. I don’t send things back for fear something bad will be done to my food. After eating that, I moved on to the cinnamon twists. There was definitely something wrong with them, they tasted rancid, so didn’t get to eat those. Went back the next day and they were out of cinnamon twists, which tells me there was something wrong with them. Then the cook gave the cashier a hard time bc she asked to make sure this burrito had sour cream.

This place is just so terribly slow, it seemed to get a little faster for a short time but it’s back to being painfully slow, and even if you want to leave the drive through you can’t because you are literally trapped behind the building if you have people behind you. With 3 cars ahead of me and mine being the only online order to pick up (they told me that it was the only one) it took over 30 minutes to get my food. This is consistently a problem here. I think I’m just going to finally cal it quits and stop trying.

Just went thru the drive thru at 745 at night live less than a minute down the road got home and inside sat down to eat order a chicken quesadilla and nacho and cheese. The quesadilla was like warm and tasted like some sort of cleaner and the cheese for the nacho and cheese was stone cold. This place has gone down hill and the service is so slow and it seems everything is gross

The employees were very easy to understand in the Drive-Thru very proficient and very helpful they are absolutely caring about the customers. And it seems like their prices are a lot less expensive than other Taco Bells. Very clean and no contact in drive-thru. I felt safe eating food from them and we’ll go again.
