Holy smokes…..the girl couldn’t take my order because their music was too loud. Also the manager that is on shift today….October 30th at 6pm is a total clown. He has such a bad attitude and feels entitled. I hope he gets fired one day because of how poorly he acts. I’ll never ever buy from this place. Lastly, the last two visits they messed up my order. Never again will I ever come here….

Update: I am editing my original review to include my most recent interaction. I had an issue with this location and only a day after airing my issue, I was contacted by corporate. They were very kind and helpful and looked into the promotion I mentioned and showed really great customer service and efficiency so I’m giving Pizza Hut a 5 for overall experience with the company. I will continue to patronize this company!

I have to say that the first thing that I really liked, is that they were very busy, and running a little behind. Our driver was amazing and gave me a call to let us know what the hold-up was and to ensure he had the proper address. He showed up 10 minutes after leaving the store with our food. He was very kind and polite when he came to the door, and took our warning of neighbors stealing food orders from others from porches. The pizza and chicken were absolutely amazing.

The toppings were appropriate, taste good, and price for the product was also good. EDIT: just had another order 6/26 and was also plenty satisfied with the order. I wasn’t expecting the delivery at our back door and didn’t hear the knock or my phone ring. But the ring was to let me know she was back there, and although she came around to the front, the pizza was still hot and fresh. Also appreciated the extra effort to let us know she was there.
