A few nights ago, my husband and I had ran errands all day and were late getting home. We decided to stop at KFC. It was around 9pm. We had checked online prior to driving there to make sure they were open. Since they were open for another hour, we decided to run through the drive through. Two staff members, one wearing a headset were sitting on the ground towards the back. My window was down and my husband heard the staff members complain about us. Not specific, but just general grumbling about customers showing up. They didn’t bother to go inside, and I’m guessing because of the distance from the headset to the store- we couldn’t understand them. After telling them three times that we couldn’t hear them through the speaker and the person not bothering to go inside- we just left. This has not been the first time we’ve experienced poor service here in the evening hours. The daytime staff at this location are great, but their evening customer service leaves much to be desired.

Nasty! The coolers and freezers smell like raw eggs, the have roaches and hepatitis! The Frankfort health dept has records of customers who they infected. They are disgusting the way they prepare food without washing hands which you can see and watch this for yourself on the line. They are not worried about the food they serve they are too worried about taking it home with them and stealing it all. Go to the East side!!

Awful food and awful staff. The 2 managers are married and think they can run it like a family shop every employee is related or dating but it is a KfC corporation store. If you bums want your own restaurant go to school or find something to help you but you are basic employees for a company that will replace you in a heartbeat.. Frankfort deserves better! Drove to shelbyville for some good KfC!!

Amazing Adventures with HK & Jackie
After getting off of work and getting home, we sent our son to KFC last night to go get the new nuggets at about 9pm. When he got there, he was told there’s only 12 nuggets left and they had already turned off the fryers and they would not be turning them back on. We were attempting to order 1 family pack of 36 and another 12pc. What in the world is the point of the posted hours at 10pm when you’re not gonna serve anyone an hour before that??? Ridiculous.

Ordered a #8. I got 6 nuggets, not 8. Asked for an extra biscuit instead of fries, got fries only. Asked for KFC sauce, got no sauce. Called and got a sarcastic response. I highly recommend avoiding this specific location due to the unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic.

Ordered 12 PC. Crispy with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and slaw, extra buffalo sauce and KFC sauce, extra large Mac and cheese, extra large mashed potatoes and gravy, I recieve 7 pc. Original chicken, old at that, a large gravy, mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese, two fries…I paid almost 90 bucks!!!! If I could post pics I would, but they don’t have an option here. Tf?! Called KFC, before I even finished my first sentence girl already knew what my name was, without saying a word about my name mind you, said grub hub picked up Rebecca’s order instead of mine, conveniently your manager’s name, I know because I’ve worked there, and I know she’s still there, scape goat?, Probably… So, you’re aware of this, blame it on grub hub. Nah, it’s not grub hub’s fault, their job is to pick up and deliver, that’s it. You said ohh, through Uber eats? Nah, wrong again girl, you know what’s up, and I want my money refunded.
