Honestly I am in shock ! I ordered 3 pizzas square cut and they gave me regular cut pizzas. I called the store before leaving the parking lot and spoke to Chris… he immediately remade my pizzas. Not to mention refunded my entire order! Im so grateful. Thank you papa johns ❤️

Ordered a take out cheese pizza for grandkids for my wife to pick up. Ordered extra cheese. The regular crust was paper thin and hardly any sauce and very little cheese. Won’t be dealing with the west Sanford store again.

What a hassle to get some pizza. Somehow they figured out how to complicate the uncomplicated. Unfortunately that’s the only pizza place that delivers here. According to the app my pizza was baked over 20 minutes ago and waiting for someone to run it. The time of delivery keeps going up and up

I called the store to place an order but could not escape the AI order taker so I had to settle for a portion of what I wanted instead of what I actually wanted. I understand staffing shortages but cutting funding to your customer facing staff is not effective. I will eat this “mostly” what I wanted pizza because I’m hungry but even if it is the most delicious pizza ever created I won’t enjoy it as much as being able to order exactly what I wanted….from a HUMAN order taker who I could interact with to customize my experience.

Forgot the sauce on one pizza. And barely put any sauce on the others. Paid for seasoning on crusts and never got it. Pizzas uneven for example ordered and original crust, half was normal and other was more like a thin crust. It all kinda tasted stale. I was so disappointed because I usually prefer papa johns but I’m probably gonna stick with some other place now.
