Delightful food and service – I had the Pho which was super yummy. I got the number eight and it surpassed my expectations. I’ve eaten at many Pho restaurants and this was fresh and authentic. We also got the Sweet-and-sour chicken which was perfect.

This place is okay. Bean sprouts were old. Fried Spring Roll over cooked almost burnt. Pho ga soup missing flavor. Large portion for a small. The fresh spring roll is okay.

Eh. My daughter got the chicken sandwich and said it was good. I had the General Tso’s chicken and it was mediocre. It looked like the breading was crispy at some point, but it must’ve sat in the General’s sauce all day (or night?) and was mushy and falling off in the sauce. Yucky. My husband had the raw flank Pho. (They are specific when ordering; you can have the Pho meat cooked or raw.) The raw meat was placed on the top of the Pho, and then cooked/old meat was on the bottom. It looked and tasted different. C’mon people! We won’t be back.

Worst I’ve ever had. Two soft drinks, two pho bowls, two spring rolls; ALL GROSS. Soft drinks were all flat, watched the waitress continue to sell them even after we told her. Spring rolls were horribly wrapped and bland, peanut sauce was clearly barbecue sauce mixed with peanut butter. Pho was nothing but beef broth poured from a jug mixed with old dry beef. Sent it all back except one spring roll and got refunded except the tip, guess the waitress felt like she still deserved $6 on a $2.50 tab. Slimy as hell thing to do. Will never be back

I no longer live in Longview so I’m writing this as someone who has had pho from other places. I always get the brisket flank pho from here (#18) and I have never been disappointed by Pho Ever. It’s not the best pho I’ve ever had but it certainly is not the worst! I always enjoy what they serve me and they always get it to us pretty quickly. I also LOVE their bubble tea. I really like their mango boba.

Interesting, took the family to this place and the food was good. However, my 7 yo daughter had a bad reaction to the bubble tea and while running to the bathroom she got sick in the hallway. Embarrassingly, we told the worker and he angrily brought out a roll of paper towels out and put it all over the vomit and just left it there. I asked for a mop and he said he didn’t have one. My wife ended up cleaning it up with paper towels and the bathroom cleaner she took from the bathroom (they offered no cleaner and just stared as she cleaned it). My issue is 1) why does a restaurant not have a mop? 2) Why did the employees just leave paper towels on vomit in a restaurant? If this is what happens in the open, what goes on behind the curtain? My wife said that the floor was black after cleaning it like its never been cleaned. We will no longer be dining here.
