I went to the drive thru this a.m. to order 3 medium lattes and 6 donuts. All the coffees were black even tho the label said lattes on all 3…the guy at the drive thru checked the labels before charging me. Charged for lattes and got black coffee. When I tried to call, the message was that the mailbox for the operator was full and accepting no calls. Couldn’t even complain unless I took time and gas to go there, which I fully intend to do. Moral: don’t trust the labels…check!

I would leave a zero star review if I could. I know they are busy, but service was terrible. I ordered a drink and an avocado toast and they both came 20 minutes later. My girlfriends coffee came only half full.

Stopped in and had a breakfast sandwich and feel like I won’t have to eat for the rest of the day, but it was good! Observed the busy staff for about a half hour and was really impressed with their attitudes and how well they seemed to work together. This place is always fast. Every order I’ve made there has been exactly right. I think they train their employees very well. They are courteous and fast. They have French crullers again. While some of their food items are a bit overpriced, in my opinion, their coffee is far better than Starbucks.
