Our barbecue is smoked out low and slow. New Mexico-style BBQ means we pay tribute to traditional barbecue styles — but done our way.
Our ABQ BBQ menu is lean and focused. Just a few items, all smoked to perfection.
Our housemade sauces and spice rubs aren’t like anything you’ll find anywhere else. They’re made from true NM ingredients, blended to balance out the smokiness of the meat, and to add as much kick as you want.
Drop by our locations at Green Jeans Farmery and Tin Can Alley in Albuquerque for a new flavor of BBQ. One created right here in New Mexico.

The Brisket Borracho Nachos are a MUST! Seriously the most delicious untraditional nachos I have ever had. We make the trip to Tin Can just for these and some Santa Fe brews.

Downgrading to a 2-star after most recent visit today. The portion sizes have become incredibly small. We got the BBQ slider plate which was maybe 3 tablespoons of brisket; 2 Hawaiian rolls, and a small serving of cole slaw. My husband looked at our plate which we paid $14+ for and said are you kidding? We work hard for our money. Prices have went up and serving sizes have went way down.

I absolutely love the Borracho nachos here. They are filling and have the best brisket on top. I’m a picky eater so I get a lot of the items on the side and they’re usually able to accommodate me

Been here a few times I’ve always liked everything, I think they change their menu often, but the nachos with smoked brisket are VERY good, and service is excellent!

The crack head upfront needs an attitude check. I love interacting with the workers there, always so nice, but this guy… man talk about RUDE!! I had an online order, I show up to let him know im there, his response… “you’re very early..” & then once my food was ready, he simply just pointed at it then walked away all pissed!?

The food is delicios! Nachos or the Smoked Spud with Brisket would be my choice. Service on the other hand is a different story. Guys that work the front counter are down right rude. Only reason I think twice about giving them my hatd earned money.

Agree with others that the portion sizes/food quality dont align with the prices. A few tablespoons of pork, 2 hawaiin roles straight out of the package, and a scoop of coleslaw for almost the same price as a whole pizza at the place next door.
