I think I’ve been here once and gotten really great food and then there was one time I came through the drive-through and there was a really nice person but other than that I cannot really say good things about this location. I just came through about an hour ago and asked if they had a sweet tea and a salad and the guy told me they didn’t even have salads anymore and they were at a sweet tea which seems like a common thread when it comes to faster restaurants at night ever since Covid no one ever wants to do any work anymore so if they’re out of here they won’t make any more tea even though they may have three hours of service left and I was in the restaurant business for 10-15 years so I know if you’re out of something you make more of it.

Breakfast drive thru is supposed to be open at 6:00 am. Twice now , no one seems to be taking orders at 6:45. Cars in line for 10-15 min and then start giving up. Understand that workers may be late or not showing up. If that is the case don’t open drive thru until workers are present. After waiting 15 min I had to leave. This has happened twice to me here

Brought 4 coworkers by drive through for lunch and bought 5 #3’s double quarter pounders with cheese. No Coke and one of the #3’s only had a half of one patty. There is no excuse.

Funny how cold this “fresh” burger is. (It took my Uber order about 10 minutes total which lead me to believe there’d be any warmth in the burger or fries.) The picture is one reason I bet that I was just given an old burger that wasn’t even under a heat lamp.

The McDonald’s near byhalia is kind of hit or miss. Not much I can say past that, but the beef was seasoned and tasted pretty good. Servers are getting rather blunt about using the kiosks instead of talking to them and they are slow to respond if there is an issue. We only had slight problems like needing a drink carrier and ketchup. The employees seem to like staring at the screen next to the production area instead of helping customers.

We visited the McDonald’s at 852 W.Poplar Ave. In Collierville TN. Customer service was horrible. The manager was very rude..Her attitude was horrible she messed our order up and had the audacity to get an attitude. I feel like if you not a people person you need to be in customer service. We will not be going back there again.
