Great variety of sandwiches, with sizes S (4”), M (8”), and L (12”). They proudly display that they were started by firemen. They fundraise for good causes by rounding up purchases to the next dollar. The aesthetic is much like a fire station and it’s easy to see that menu of their menu items were imagined on long days as fire fighters.

Worst firehouse subs location! Let me just say that I love firehouse. I’ve been to many firehouse subs locations around the country. We eat at firehouse subs on a regular basis. This has been the worst location I’ve ever been to! And it’s not an isolated event. Every single time I come here, it is an awful experience. There is virtually zero customer service here. I keep coming back because I love the sandwich but this last time might be the last nail in the coffin. Rude rude rude cashier. He needs to be fired pronto! No smiles, no hello, no welcome to firehouse, no greetings. Nothing but condescending tone. I tell him what I want, and he keeps asking me what I don’t want, in a very rude condescending tone. As if I’m dumb. Dude, I’ve eaten in many firehouse locations, ordering the same thing, you’re the only moron cashier I’ve ever had to deal with! He seems miserable in this job. Never ever coming back here.

I love firehouse. However there was some odd things in this store. First, it is just too expensive for what you get. Second, all the employees had earbuds on, which was odd to me. Even the one taking orders. That just seemed very unprofessional.

The sandwich has no where near the amount of meat it should and is absolutely destroyed with mayonnaise the picture shows a fraction of what I had to scrape off. Not worth the price that I paid and makes me never want to eat firehouse again if this is what it ends up with.

I love firehouse subs, I’ve never had a bad sandwich. I’m not sure why it’s taking an hour to get a couple sandwiches though. The place is packed with people waiting and the staff behind the counter is meandering around. I would love to say that there’s a little bit of hustle, but there’s not. Literally an hour wait, potential customers are walking out.
