I absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere was great. I like how it’s limited seating so it’s never too crowded. The food was incredible, best sushi I’ve had so far. You can tell each dish was carefully planned as to the ingredients and how they work together to achieve a very delicious roll/sashimi. Everything in the menu is great. The only problem I had was the stools. They are very hard and hurt after sitting on for a while. Also there’s only street parking, which wasn’t an issue when I visited, but I could see how it could be an issue on other days. Definitely recommend coming here, just make sure to reserve ahead of time.

This place is wonderful. Our dinner group tasted nearly everything on the menu. My favorite was the Maguro Crudo (blue fin). The hand rolls are amazing as well. My recommendation is follow the guidance of the fantastic bartenders / servers. Enjoy!!

The ambience was great and the crudos and hand rolls were really tasty! I love especially the spicy tuna hand rolls which offered the best flavor and texture. All the seaweed wrap was warm and crispy which I really appreciate. I didn’t like that they combined the wasabi with ginger in water but I will overlook that for the warm crispy delicious hand rolls.

This place was incredible Every sushi roll was better than the last! I ate more than I should have, lol, but that’s what delicious food is for. The atmosphere was magical. Not at all what I expected before I walked through the door. One long U-shaped bar was the entirety of the seating, so we shared the intimate place with strangers. There were 3-4 sushi chefs/servers behind the bar mesmerizing us with the art of the roll. I will go back every time I am in Houston. I recommend everyone should as well!

If you’re a sushi lover or trying out sushi for the first time, this is your spot! The food and drinks are delicious and probably the best quality sushi I’ve received. Their innovation in new dishes and drinks keeps you coming! The service is phenomenal and they make you feel as part of the family. Kehlani is AMAZING and such a great host!
