Don’t know how these guys are making it. The salad i had said “we don’t care about our food”. Eggs looked old. The menu for this said spring mix. This was straight iceberg with sprinkles of romaine lettuce. Chicken fingers were frozen not fresh, it did say that on the menu. When i came in i asked the guy if they make good salads… he didn’t respond. I see why. This is what i get for trying to eat healthy. I ordered this because the pizza at the counter looked horrible and dry lol. This place is just not it. And i paid $16 for this lol. Smh.

On May 15, 2023 we ordered an XL margherita pizza- 18″. It came to $30. I wish I taken a picture of this pizza because it was so watery when it came out, but besides that it looked decent enough: fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella, a standard margherita. Unfortunately, it was disgusting. Absolutely horrible. The tomato sauce was sweet, like they had dumped sugar into it. Its like when you make it too bitter so you try to fix it with sugar. It tasted like tomato frosting. The cheese had no flavor at all, they were just rubber discs placed on the pie. Had no salty, fatty profile like mozzarella has. Waste of money and time. Still don’t understand why it came to $30. I would’ve gladly paid that price if the pizza was even edible. The whole thing went in the trash.

Had major goof up in pizza order (it happens everywhere some time) however problem really starts when we call the store to explain the errors. Manager tells us they can not send us the right stuff (they have delivery) and we need to return what we want. With hungry grandkids running around, that cant be done. Manager offers $5 credit on a $100 order that is 75% wrong. Really dont know how to correrct errors or trreat customers right. Bye Carmens – an other pizza store just gained my business,

Service was awful. Food was salty and overcooked. Worst part was waitress attitude when asked why our check was higher than all the items listed on the menu. Very rude response – we increased the price and we also charged 3% for credit card. I understand but would just like to be told ahead of time. Yea. This is a no return. Voting with my money.
