Customer service is absolutely terrible. I saw they messed up my pizza when I got home, so I called the store to ask what my options are to get it fixed/ replaced. The manager answers the phone and I said “hey how are you” he literally Sits in silence for a good 30 sec and just responds “fine”. Lol I explain the situation to him and ask if I can come back at a later time to get my pizza replaced because it’s Literally 5:27pm ( RUSH HOUR ) and I don’t live close by he says to somebody in the kitchen “ the rush hour traffic is just absolutely killing her so we’ll have to remake it later I’m sure we’ll all still be here to remember”. So rude. He’s got to be the most miserable person I was extremely friendly and nice considering the fact that MY food was messed up.

We really used to like Donatos pizza and it was always a treat when driving through the area. However, after today’s visit I doubt we will return. Service was ok, staff was friendly and pizza was good. We ordered a pizza, bread sticks, two fountain sodas and then I asked for two waters (my husband doesn’t drink pop and my 3 year old doesn’t need it). He paid and they went in the back…didn’t give us a receipt but he assumed it would come with the pizza. It didn’t so I went up and asked for one as we were leaving, which they printed off for us

The pizza and other food are fine. We usually order pickup here and it seems like every time we go there we’re waiting quite some time for our food. I don’t think it’s the fault of the employees. They’re just under staffed.

This is what was supposed to be “The works”. Called to let them know that we paid extra for cheddar cheese(which was missing along with the green peppers) was told it would be made over! An hour later the staff came to check the first pizza. Two corners and two pieces eating so kiddo could go to bed. Was told that because “it had pieces gone” we were not getting the remake. Called again, they put me on hold, two different “managers” answered to say they don’t know what happened. I guess I should have read the reviews on this store before ordering. Please beware! This store could use some customer service training after they learn how to read orders. Not happy

This is the worse store to go to if you’re picking up an order for someone. I was approached. Y two people 4/29/23 asking what order I was picking up and I didn’t even get a estimate on a wait time or any kind of communication as to what the hell the wait is for. Standing at the counter for 20 minutes. Bad customer service, bad attitudes, the GM should really be more better selective at who they hire….

Had lunch at this Donatos today, the service and pizza was awesome. Dining area was clean, and seating was comfortable. The lady that took our order was very nice, and helped us with the few questions we had. Will definitely stop in again for some lunch.
