Don’t come to this restaurant. Flank steak apparently is cooked rare per owner and temperature needs to be requested. When made it aware to owners I was told it’s how it’s made and being apologetic. Requested check and they had nerve to charge me for the dish. Photos for reference and definitely going to the New Jersey department of health. To add to you response – When you go to a steak house meets are automatically order rare and don’t ask the customer temperature. This is about certainly about principle at this point and how rude you staff treats customers. Obviously this is a family run business and morals do not apply here.

Though we’re living around here. But this is our first time in Miss Saigon. Very good restaurant. Food is delicious. Service is super. The service boy is so nice to talk. My wife and I really enjoyed food and service there. Will be back definitely.

I’m originally from California and I’ve been looking for a good pho spot. This place is hands down the best in jersey. You will know once you taste the broth! And since their broth is good, you know everything else on the menu is good! The best damn broth around! My little family and I come here almost every week when we can. My son’s autistic and he is picky with his food. So I ask if they could make a special dish for him. Which was plain yellow noodles with some kind of sauce. The cook, she made it special for him and they are called “Satay noodles” . Now every time we drive by the restaurant my son goes “Noddle, I want noodle”. He’s picky but he fell in love with their noodles. Now we can all sit down at a restaurant and all have a dish that we love here. Honestly you got to try their dishes. They will not disappoint you! Try their #8 for an appetizer and their pork chop with rice and their lemongrass chicken pho is so good too!

I have dined here several times over the years. I usually get the pho because it is so delicious. The Spring rolls are amazing, and thr peanut sauce isnt too spicy. The staff is very courteous. Any guests that I brought here were impressed with their food. Tonight I tried their pad tie because I was in the mood for it and it was very good.
