I walked in to place an order. Not a single person acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. After several minutes of standing at the counter, I asked if anyone was available to help me. The employees that heard me seamed offended that I asked for help. The one employee that did ring me up did so unenthusiasticly. Speaking just the bare minimum words to process an order. Horrible customer service.

OK I cut you some slack during the pandemic. But I can’t fend for you anymore. You guys really need to get it together . I’m not speaking about all employees but some. Your service is slow and some of you are rude. And their can literally only be a couple of cars in your drive-thru and still get parked to wait for your order…

So I had to remove a huge glob of Mayo. I love mayo but not a surprise amount in the center of my whopper. The tomato was not even close to being ripe that the core was hard to bite through. My burger was cold and missing onions as well. It took about 5 minutes to order inside even though I was the only one there. Food was made fast but it’s laying around that’s why it was cold. I asked for jalapeños and I was told I couldn’t buy them or have them even though they do have them. It was so confusing.

0 stars. My son has celiac disease and I asked the 3 female employees if they can make a whopper with no bun and do a lettuce wrap around the hamburger. They said NO because the don’t have a “container” to put it in. Even though it was going to be wrapped in lettuce and then wrap in paper. SMH. Disappointed.

I just left this place as soon as pull to the window, the fat lazy workers and a gremlin with red hair start talking about me take forever to give me my food, and tried to charge me twice when i have a receipt that i had already paid. Terrible service but what you can you expect from low value losers.
