Service improved immensely but big problems. The last few times I’ve been at this location there has been a lack of food items. EX: tomatoes, onions, pickles and ketchup. Fortunately, not all at the same time but once 3 items were not available. I never thought that lack of onions on a hamburger would change the taste so much. Live and learn. Not sure if it is worth it to be a customer at this location if management can’t get their act together. Feel sorry for staff.

The worst Burger King, I Ever been to. All the food was cold the fries taste like old oil. The burgers were super trash could not even finish mines. They were put together like a 5 year old kid did it. My 7 year old son, said it gets a zero out of five. His bun was hard. Avoid at it all cost. I’m super mad, I went there cause I was told not to go but I still gave it another chance. I don’t even like writing negative reviews but this deserves it.

I live right around the corner from this location, so my family has attempted to eat there many times since it opened. Either it closes early, they are all out of multiple things or it’s burned. Tonight they said they were closing soon at 5:50 when it should close at 7 according to Google. There seemed to be only two employees and they decided to improvise on our order so we short a fry, all the patties were old and dry and we were given some extra nuggets. And for the pictured burger I guess they decided that six dried out little patties would be okay instead ‍♀️ This place always disappoints me. Just go to McDonald’s.
