Carlisle Room is our favorite place to eat at when visiting a show at the Paramount. Enjoying great food, decent drinks in its own unique atmosphere is the perfect way to get in a good spirit before the event. The only thing I wish they’d had was longer opening hours to stop by after the show.

Fun, retro bar and restaurant. We just popped by for drinks, but the food menu looked good. Definitely some unique menu items. Drinks and bar staff were great. Pictured is the Banana Kush and Bring My Flowers Now. Multiples of each were ordered.

A laidback bar-restaurant with a loungey vibe. Very close to the convention center in downtown. The cheeseburger is solid, as are the pimento cheese and sautéed mushrooms. The interior is well-decorated and the atmosphere has been properly cultivated. It’s just not really a standout place in Seattle for me. It’s decent, and probably worth a visit if you’re hungry/want a drink and don’t wanna go too far, but it’s fairly pedestrian. I was left sated but forgot about the place for the most part until I wrote this review sometime later.

Comfortable room close to the Convention Center. The cocktails are creative and the food is tasty. If you’re in the area this is a good option. The staff is helpful and attentive.

Our waiter rocked. The three of us ended up getting a mix of apps, drinks, salads and a pasta — fantastic all round. It’s a smaller menu with just the right amount of diversity. There is a bit of everything under the “American style fare” umbrella on there.

Ambiance was great, heirloom tomato salad was excellent, Negroni fizz was delightful, the trainee was attentive and kind, however, the bartender on shift was cold and not very welcoming. When I asked to break a $5 bill I was told they don’t carry small change, only $20’s. What bar doesn’t carry small change? And what if I only had large bills for my tab? Rude and unacceptable.

The food really good. Drinks don’t have any flavor on. We order mojito with no flavor. And aperol sprt and test really flat. So I think he use a old bottle of champagne to make it. Server nice but he bring the food and never come Back to the table to check if we need something else. He came back to bring me the check and that’s it. He is nice but.. Food 5*. Server and drinks 3 *.

Cool bar with friendly service and fantastic cocktails. Our group tried several different cocktails and every single one was artfully made and delicious. We did not try any of the dishes there so I can’t attest for the food

While a pretty establishment and good atmosphere the food was subpar. Either too heavily spiced or very bland. The main dishes did not come with a side salad or vegetable. For $30 I want a salad or a starch. Not impressed but it was the o ly place that wasn’t packed.
