Usually have very good experiences at every Canes I’ve been to but today, as I was waiting for a dine-in order with the kiddos, I saw another couple go back up to the counter with what I later confirmed was my order. Now once I found out what happened the staff quickly remade me our order, but it really was unfortunate cuz we had been waiting a much longer than average time for our food.

Good food fast, strictly business, and just like everything else the portions are smaller and the cost is higher but thats not their fault. I’ll still go back. I usually get a Caniac with an extra sauce and a large tea for the ride home.

I have been there twice in the passed 2 weeks and both times I ordered extra canes sauce and did not receive it. Requested butter on both sides of my toasts and an extra toasts and both were dry as a bone.
