Food was average. Service was average. They weren’t using the fryer and had run out of beans so that limited the choices a bit. No free chips for the table. BUT!! The live music was great! The whole place was engaged and having a great time! Take cash if you can to avoid the credit card service fee.

I was walking by and this place stood out, it looked like a bright colored Ice Cream Parlor. The staff are so friendly here. Ice cream, beer and Mexican food all in one place. I only tried the ice cream and it was very delicious.

Gross gross gross. We asked for chips and salsa that we didn’t get until the rest of our food came out and the salsa was served in two small plastic containers with a lid and was litteraly water downed tomatoes needless to say we didn’t eat thw salsa….. they were out of chicken…. geoundbeef was burnt. Gross.

I’ve been to this place ALOT. Personally know the owners. I hadn’t eaten all day and was straving. Said they closed at 7. Got there at 6:30 and was told the kitchen was already closed. NO FOOD but could sit and have drinks at the bar!!! Ah.., no thanks. Wouldn’t even make me something to take home!!!! It’s no longer a restaurant it’s just a bar where the owners drink with community members. I’ll never go back.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you want real Mexican tasting food. Food was disgusting! We waited 25 mins for nachos…which it was literally 6 really salty chips with shredded cheese. We sat on the beat up patio, kept battling bees. Thankfully my husband wasn’t stung since he’s allergic. Our food was disgusting, didn’t taste like Mexican food. Waitress took forever and there really wasn’t many people there so I don’t understand that. Never asked us if we needed drinks mean while we’re baking in the sun since all the tables didn’t have umbrellas. I also think we might have food poisoning. Since we’ve not felt well since we not long after eating.

Don’t think we will go back..Not the cleanest, place we’ve been to. Majority of food taste if it was made/rewarmed from microwave. Waitress was very nice, seemed as she had lots to do as she was only one there when we first arrived. Another lady did show up guessing owners wife. She was occupied by turning on TVs…I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews although…Unfortunately, I don’t think it mattered if we were happy customers or not.. As we were only customers in the place. Shocked when we got our bill by the price…Chips and Salsa are not complimentary nor is substituting sauce on food..We understand rent is probably expensive, but I’d think for what we paid. Portion sizes and quality would be a bit better..

Great margaritas. Food was bland. Nice atmosphere with courtyard out back. The floor is not level, so don’t think you’re off balance. Staff was friendly and fast. We will give it another visit to try other items on the menu.

The food is absolutely fantastic! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine this is the place! The staff is extremely friendly. Fernando actually does the cooking and serves it to you himself. His wife is also very much involved. They are both very personable. We will definitely be returning!
