Stopped during the sun prairie corn fest and even though it was extremely packed, the staff working did an amazing job handling the pressure. They were sweet and professional, all of them working super hard during the crazy rush. Kudos to them.

Ordered three basic subs, restaurant messed up and when I called said bring back the sub and we’ll give you the right one. I said it will be a while because I had to return from Cottage Grove. Got there, got my sub, and didn’t even get a thank you, let alone an apology. Made me feel like their mistake was my fault. Definitely need some service coaching.

This location has a hissy fit about big orders, including orders placed that way that they ask for, and they are beyond unprofessional. My sister ordered six subs for our large family in the drive through and they berated her, said it would cause them to run out of bread and said orders that size had to be made inside. She had no idea this was a concern and all they needed to say was “in the future for bigger orders, please come inside” but they were incredibly rude for a honest mistake from a busy and stressed mom.

Update March 2023: My son-in-law went inside the store to buy 6 veggie subs and the same guy rudely lectured him that he should’ve called ahead (even though he went inside the store and didn’t use drive-thru). To top it off, they had run out of guacamole which is part of all their veggie subs. Unfriendly, poorly managed location. Never ever ever going back.

Delicious, fast, and I love bantering with the guy who works the drive thru. I ordered no onions, and he said, “That’s good. No one wants them anyways.” (Jokingly of course). Professional yet goofy and that’s ALWAYS better than being professional and stuffy.
