Not only was our food delivered 50 mins after they texted and said it was on the way. Then the kid gets here drops the breadsticks on the ground… then proceeds to say well at least it wasn’t the pasta. Then turns around and says “oh well” if you want more delivered call the store… are you kidding me. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had!!!

Ordered dipping sauces that weren’t included when the food was delivered. Ordered garlic parmesan wings, but actually got plain wings with just a bit of sauce in the bottom of the container. Ordered online and was given an estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. The order took over an hour to arrive. And the pizza wasn’t thoroughly cut. We had to cut it ourselves to separate the slices. This is not the first time any of these things has happened, but I think it will be the last.

Our 7 year old had drawn a picture of our original order. She gave it to the person who delivered our pizza. After they were gone, she proudly stated that she had been told that the picture was cute. I think that made her night!

The website continued kicking me out and I had to reset my password on top of it. It took over 15 minutes to order online. I have fiber optic internet with no other issues within the home. It is that way every time I order online using your website. Once I picked up my oder which was 12 bone in wings Med Buffalo flavor and it had a weird taste to them not like I have ever tasted before. This location normally does an amazing but my frustration with the website has me to the point of almost never ordering again.

They never get my pizza right. I still love the taste because I mean.. they don’t forget the cheese and sauce lol! but they always don’t add extra sauce. In fact, when I ask for extra they put less than what they usually put for a normal pizza so I just stopped asking… then sometimes I don’t always get extra cheese when I pay for it. I always make reviews through my email when they ask. I don’t think anything happens with it though. Anyways, the pizza taste like normal pizza… it has been burnt once, but there was a new guy there.. just make sure you check your pizza and your order. If you get soda, make sure you have that too. They brought out the pizza I bought that my husband picked up a few months back and forgot our soda. Then you have to come back and pick up your stuff.

We ordered pizza and wings tonight. Colton was the one who took our order and was extremely nice! He called me shortly after, and apologized for the wait time it was taking. Upon delivery, the guy was extremely nice! I wish all delivery people were as nice as he was! Food was delicious too 🙂

The food was cold which is not normal. I ordered the new to the edge pizza and it was all over the box like I was to put a jigsaw puzzle together. As a rule I rate them high but this time things were not the best but I will say that the pizza was good and I would order again but would go pick it up.
