I experienced workplace discrimination at this Dunkin’ Donuts location in 2021. I was fired on the spot by the manager as soon as I arrived on my second day of work for no reason. I did my job well on my first day and I did nothing wrong. When I asked why I was being fired, I was given no explanation. There is only one color of people that works at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and the female manager makes very sure to keep it that way. When I first arrived on my first day of work, the female manager acted very rude and cold to me. She and the other employees only spoke in their native language on purpose in front of me, even though I knew they could speak English. They didn’t talk to me during my whole work shift. This store is not inclusive or diverse at all. Corporate needs to fix this so that no one else experiences what me, as an African-American, experienced at this location of Dunkin’.

Friendly staff, fast service, food is always hot when you get it. (Some locations, it’s actually still cold.) I would give 5 stars but there’s always one or two little things wrong. It’s always when you make an addition to something, ie. Sandwich but with extra meat, or a different cheese. Today was a tomato and pesto sandwich with the addition of bacon. No bacon on the sandwich, so I paid extra for nothing. I can’t go back because I’m at work now and this sandwich was actually for my coworker. They’re such a lovely location, I hope they pay more attention to add-ons for food.

I was the mad rush of one person. The moment I walked through the door there was the appearance of annoyed impatience. Once I spoke with the associate I could tell I was already taking too much of her time. There are plenty of other Dunin’s around. Do yourself a favour and try one of them.

I just left this establishment about 5mins ago. I didn’t appreciate the joke the two young ladies were making while I was picking up a doordash order. I walked in towards the “pick up” counter and one of the ladies greeted me to take my order but I told them who I was picking up for and she pointed to the order and started laughing. The other lady said something in her language and apparently it became a joke. Not all dunkins have orders sitting at the counter. Either it’s behind the counter or on a rack. This was my first time at this location I didn’t get the joke.

This location used to be my favorite due to location ok my route and ALWAYS was great service. Not to mention my coffee was always exactly how I enjoyed it. Then out of nowhere the service dramatically declined at a considerable and constant rate. Enough to make me change my preferd DD location and not spend a dime at this particular location.
