I waited more than 15 minutes for a beef and cheddar, a classic chicken, and two buffalo chicken sliders. I placed my order at 6:53pm (according to receipt), and was handed my food at 7:10. The food was fine, but the wait was not.

We have went to this location 3x now and they have been completely out of beef!! We stopped by around 7 pm. Isn’t that dinner time? That’s like McDonalds not having hamburgers…New slogan…they have NO meats….what a joke! Why not just close your doors and stop wasting our time!!! Your better off going next door and skipping the headache!

Having gone through the drive through, it is not fair to comment on the atmosphere. However, it was my first time purchase of the Chicken salad sandwich. Not bad, fair amount and, nuts and grapes in it…perhaps an odd combination but it was good.

Repairs were being done outside and at the drive up window. The guy manning the order speaker could not hear me. He became very impatient and said, ” Lady just tell me!” The guy collecting $ was nicer but it took 10 minutes to get a drive up order. There were many cars backed up. It was 6 pm.

I come and stop here and ask for a big cup of aus jus along with lots of sandwiches. Because sometimes I can’t eat, and am just in need of good tasting broth. I told them I would pay for it and was told by either an assistant manager or manager I couldn’t get it. If I’m willing to pay for it what’s the problem. If I pay $10 for a large cup of au jus what’s the problem. The regular staff would charge me for equivalent to how many sides. Just thought it would be less wasteful to have all the cups. Kinda mean when someone can’t eat but still buys at least $30 in food and gets scolded by the guy with the huge holes in his ears.

I ordered a corned beef sandwich with no sauerkraut or sauce and my sandwich came out with 3 small slices of meat. It was all bread for 8 bucks. Apparently this Arby’s doesn’t have the meats!
