Lobby dirty!! I asked for a menu because the digital menu was constantly scrolling I was told no to for paper menu. The workers had a child there and the child was behind the counter seems like nobody could find a babysitter today ..pretty dangerous practice. The first worker I asked for a menu simply walked away saying nothing then she sent a second worker that told me just simply look at the screen my first and last visit no I didn’t order anything no menu available and find a babysitter

I think the employees could be a bit more enthusiastic! Just seem like they are floating, but I honestly always see the same faces they might be over working them. Hire some new people to relieve the same young men I always see of stress! Still delicious tho lol

Tried to eat here, but no one spoke English, so they didn’t know what i was trying to order.

I had a quesadilla with rice and beans, it was good but their beans were really dry. My husband had a bean and cheese burrito, he said as well it was good but had to put lots of hot sauce on it so it wasn’t so dry. But we like Alberto’s, we eat there often. But usually different locations.

Just gross, I was craving a breakfast burrito & I usually get eggs, cheese with beans and potatoes and carne asada. The meat had 0 flavor and most pieces were fat inedible pieces. The whole thing was just a mush burrito with no flavor, I ate half since I was starving and threw the rest away. What a waste of money and time, I’m really getting tired of Roberto’s all together.
