The food was good. And did not have a problem being served. My issue is that some staff applied a tip for themselves when I did not give one. So if anyone pays with card make sure you put a 0 in the tip section before they commit fraud with your card.

When my food was first delivered. I had a issue with it. But when I called the store to let them know that I was not please with how my food was made. Not only did the Manager remake my food he sent me two boxes of cheese bread on the house. From the Team at Harper Neurology clinic , you Rock. I didn’t get his name. Thank you. Couldn’t chew through the chicken in my sub, got a ton of like cartilage chunks or something, and the cookie pie came over cooked and not cut. It’s hard as a rock. I couldn’t cut it. Tried scooping out a piece but it crumbled apart and was just gross. I guess you get low quality food and that’s why it’s cheap ♀️ Learned my lesson.

This Hungry howies has the worst customer service ever, including management. I called 3 times and was hung up on 3 times when trying to call and get my order corrected and once I get a manger instead of correcting their wrongs they prefer to go back and forth with me on how they think my order is not wrong. Our food was over cooked, dry and no flavor was added. The manager Joe was so rude, couldn’t make a decision on how to help me, and then told me that they could potential remake the order. As much as I go to hungry howies this has never been the worst experience ever! This is not the 1st time we have supported this location and received bad customer service.

Worst hungry Howies I’ve every been too. Ordered online for delivery and to pay when driver gets here. They said a door dash picked up and dropped my order off for them to never know what happened to it but i never paid so how can a door dash pick it up. Then they said they’ll remakes I’ll have to pick it up and then I get here workers are cussing I get my food and it’s still made wrong so now I’m here waiting again for my food to be remade for the 3rd time this is ridiculous! Don’t recommend anyone coming tot his location! Terrible service!!!

So this is the first time I haven’t been disappointed in a pizza delivery in a very long time. I mean it still did not say it showed up on the app and the guy actually wasn’t lazy like 99% of the drivers with other places I’ve ordered from and just called to have me meet them outside. This came to my apartment and delivered the pizza. It was still hot and everything thing was great. Cheers
