Ordered a chocolate shake, took 14 minutes till I decided to ask for them to make it. Went into the play place and immediately got kicked out even though there was no rule barring anyone above 12 years old (it said use caution). The only quick thing about that visit was a scolding because the employees didn’t want to do their jobs and clean.

There is always a problem at this location. Orders are usually messed up. Today was the final straw. They werent busy and there was 1 car ahead of us. We had to go through the drive thru 3 times to get our complete order and even then it was wrong. My son can’t have mayo so I order his food plain. They weren’t. Our sweet tea was unsweetened. They gave us a separate cup with ice for our teas instead it being in the same cup. The employee at the window was more concerned about having a conversation about her recent weightloss than anything else. I don’t know her. It’s a real disappointment every time we give them a chance. Bruh.

This place is terrible! I had to ask for my food because I was waiting 20 minutes. Went today, 08/23/23 at 1730 hours and the people working showed no enthusiasm and had no regard for how long we were waiting. 3 workers all crowders around the end of the food line and while people waited to get an order taken. This owner needs to sell this franchise to someone else!

Sat at 11:45 am in the drive thru line waiting to give my order. The line was not moving. The 2 cars in front had been waiting over 6 mins to place their order. There was no cars in line to pay or pick up food. Nothing. At 11:55 am the car behind me pulled out and drove away. I backed out and left. This McDonald’s sucks.

1 start us too many for this location… I don’t think the owner or anyone who works here really cares at all about this place. Be prepared to wait an excessive amount of time to even place an order and forget about going to the short line at the drive through as it seems they just pick at random what line to take an order from. Even with 0 cars waiting it still takes 15 min at least to get to the window.

Once again decided to give in to the kids wanting McD’s today. Ordering was a disaster as usual. Was actually told by the order taker that they couldn’t add a hashbrown to a breakfast #2 order! He said he figured it out, I paid for a #2 and hotcakes for the kiddos. Never received the hashbrown, the soda was wrong, and received once syrup and two butters for two separate orders of hotcakes. Called the restaurant multiple times and no one answered the call. Tried to file a complaint online with McDonald’s and the feedback form didn’t work. Wow – pathetic.
