They didnt make part of our order. Had to go get plates for our meal from the salad bar. Watched a man sit there for almost 20 min none ever came to his table so he just walked out. This place has gone way down hill.

UPDATE: I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted because the app & website do not let you add more than 3 toppings to the BNY, but I ordered just a regular stuffed crust the way I wanted it and it was really good. Service was great!

This pizza hut sucks! I ordered 4 pizzas & they barely had toppings on them. The Supreme pizza had 3 pieces of bell pepper. One of the pizzas didn’t even have bacon on it like I had ordered. What a waste of money! Will not eat there ever again. So disappointed!!

Great experience here! Came for dinner. There wasn’t much staff, but our waitress took excellent care of us. She was gracious but unobtrusive. The drinks and food arrived in a timely fashion, and everything was delicious! I didn’t see any public restroom, but maybe I missed it.

The pizza was great, this establishment was recently remodel. There were no customers when we went in, we picked a booth that was out of the sunlight. Low and behold the table had crumbs on it. You would think with no other customers in the dining area the tables would be clean and sanitized. They may have done some remodeling in the dining area but the bathroom was in sad shape.

Terrible service, our waiter didn’t give us our drinks til 20 minutes after we ordered, he came back 5 to 10 minutes later after “writing” our order down on his pad and asked what we ordered again. Took an hour to get all of orders out, one of our pizzas have been sitting in the kitchen for over 15 minutes and one of us had to ask if it was our pizza, SPOILER ALERT, it was ours. Multiple things that was brought to us wasn’t ours. Either that pizza hut hires more people or they might as well shut down.

The pizza was not very good today. We chose to have Pizza Hut for lunch today during our visit with my dad. If he did not live so far out of Fairview I would have drove back to give the pizza back. There was not much sauce on any of them. The taste was very bland. Overall today was a complete miss for Pizza Hut. However, I will say the staff were very friendly and helpful
