This guy in the photo locked the door prior to my arrival at 10:40 pm., he then unlocked the door and let me in, only to tell me that they sold out of pizza. As I left, he started laughing with the other guy in this photo. He then refused service to the next customer that came in as I went back to my vehicle.

Worst cezar pizza location, employees are not professional, rude,slow amd very dirty.they dont use thepizza holders with screens that allow u to pick up ur order … No mamagment to control orders . Wow I ordered an hour ago 10pm and the system let me ordered even when they close at that same time, when I when in the drive tru the gentleman(totally forgot to ask his name) told me there were closed and my order had to be picked up the next day, since I didn’t know I just said ok, can I have my money back? He said that it was ok that he can refund me, then the other employee(forgot to take her name also) told him that She can do the order for me Talk about customer service, this is going to be my favorite L. Caesars location!!! If the location owner sees this review consider those employees for the future in higher positions!!! if anyone knows their name please drop them in comments, they worked the night shift on 04/04/23

Worse place ever. Ordered online at 8:01, had to get my refund at 8:58 because it had not even been started on. Mind you arrived at 8:30 for pick up told me 15 more mins, 845 said was getting boxed, 855 she had not idea how much longer!!

This location seriously needs to get closed down . They are absolutely horrible , lazy , rude and just straight unprofessional. I have finally learned my lesson and will not be ordering from here again. I’ve been there quite a few times to give them the benefit of doubt but not once have I ever been able to either get my correct order or been able to pick up my order without a 40min wait for 2 pizzas .

Pulled up to the drive thru around 5pm on a Thur(I’m The only car) There are 3 employees standing there near the window. It took at least 2 mins for anyone to even come to the window. Yea they saw me. Then the girl comes over and opens the window and says”hello.” That’s it. Nothing else. I say”can I just get a thin crust pizza that’s it” she closes the window didn’t say one word and turned around and stood there and continued to talk with her co workers. I just drove off. That’s sad!! If you don’t want to work stay home. Let someone else make the money who wants to work and has customer service skills. Smh.. Needless to say I won’t be goin to that location again. If possible I suggest driving to the Wallisville location. They’re always professional, pizza hot, ready, and right!!

This place is a hit or miss. Most definitely not ready like they claim it to be. Sometimes the pizza is good other times it’s over or under cooked. The hot box thing foe pick up is always broken. Usually rude staff.

The absolute WORSE service. I have ordered from the app TWICE only to show up and they haven’t even made my pizza. It takes an hour and 20 min to receive a pizza! Ridiculous. Just close the store. This store doesn’t even keep hot and ready pizzas either. Deleting the app and choosing Dominos.

Worst drive-thur I ever been to as I business owner myself I know customer service is the most important thing. Two employees noticed me and didn’t come to take my order both look me in the eyes and kept walking back and forth I waited 10 minutes until I decided to drive off. This is the third time I have been here dealing with slow service and very unprofessional employees but this time has really done it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION unless you have time to wait on employees who don’t care about their customers!!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Liile Caesars. The young lady had long nails on while working in a place of cooking and serving food. The Manager was overwhelmed due to lack of workers. The lobby was extremely crowded. We waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. I won’t be returning to that location.
