We use to love coming here, forawhile now it’s every so often. They do have some really excellent staff here though. However the food and the wait times has been more miss than hit the last few visits. Went with my mom and sons this time for a birthday.

Love coming here. The staff here is the greatest. I always look forward coming in and seeing Tiffany the bartender or Josh, Mia, Kelly, McKenna who are the best servers. The food here is amazing. I really enjoy getting the burgers or the hickory bourbon salmon!!

The cooks do a tremendous job with the food! Friendly & experienced wait staff and very competent management. Nice atmosphere to dine and many options on the garden bar. Again, I cannot stress enough how well the cooks prepare the variety of different options of a very vast menu!

My son and I went to lunch here when I was in the area picking up a Kohls order. Ruby Tuesday used to my favorite chain restaurant. I used to go almost the time in Lancaster, Pa until they had to close. Now that I live out this way, I was so happy to find this one. I absolutely love the salad bar (especially the pumpernickel croutons) however, the prices have gone up considerably to add the salad bar. You used to be able to swap the salad bar as one of your sides. This in particular location doesn’t seem very clean. It needs a refresh. The carpet is nasty! The food is still excellent, at least the New Orleans Seafood is, that is my favorite. They don’t seem to put much care in presentation, my plate was a mess.

Shrimp parm was soupy. Food never consistent. Child menu ridiculous! Chicken tenders hard Mac & cheese was noodles with cheese queso. Not kid food. Steaks not right. Ordered 2 meals the same & got 2 different steaks. Usually good service but last time she couldn’t stop talking to get our bill. Very disappointed.

Very rare to go out to eat and like and enjoy every single thing you order, but let me tell you we did here at Ruby Tuesdays! The ribs literally fell the bone, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection and our waitress Kelly was super polite, accommodating and attentive! Definitely will be back!

3.5 stars. Our seating hostess and waiter promptly served my husband and me for lunch. We enjoyed the taste of the foods at the salad bar as well as our entrees of fish and chips and a chicken sandwich. I want to see the employees wearing their face masks properly rather than on their chins. Furthermore, my husband’s stomach felt slightly upset after the meal.
