My wife and I go to “The Hat” a couple times a month for special occasions. We absolutely LOVE it! The chips and salsa are outstanding and plentiful. We have tried several different menu items and have never been disappointed. The staff that works there are always upbeat and friendly. I love the atmosphere and the place is always clean and orderly. We will continue patronizing this gem in Jerome.

Service was alright but the food was definitely not up to par. The beans were dry and the chips left alot to be desired. The Carne Asada burrito was the worst I’ve ever eaten. This place used to be one of the best in town but I was left disappointed for sure.

Last night was our first time at this restaurant after spending over a year looking for our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. We finally found it! Rosa, the owner, and Shawna welcomed us with Open arms, and we’re extremely accommodating to us. The food was absolutely delicious, very authentic, and a welcome surprise! Ambience is warm and inviting. And the service was impeccable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It’s very hard to find good authentic Mexican food. I live in Idaho so when my friend suggested this restaurant I checked it out and he was right. Great food! Just wish I lived closer because I would be here all the time. Loved it!

We were just driving through and this restaurant felt like home. Alicia, our waitress, was so compsssionate and kind she felt like an old friend. The food was great and the highlights were the guacamole, shredded chicken, and the beans and salsa they place on every table as you sit. Do yourself a favor. Ask for her section.

Wait staff was friendly. We had a group of maybe 30 people and they were very fast in getting orders, drinks, refilling drinks, etc. I really enjoyed my food, my mom didn’t. All in all a really good experience.
