I get it for stars because the food is usually always really good so my many thanks for the cooks doing a killer job on the food places always clean and usually for what they cook pretty fast my one and only hang up with the service or with this place at all is the fact that the young women that run the front counter are usually off in their own little world talking on their cell phones talking to each other about their boyfriends and stuff like that to really care about customer service it’s what do you want okay here’s your food goodbye they’re not overly rude or anything they just act like they could do with or without a customer being there and it’s true customer service means that you never think that way year after every single customer you can get to come to that door and you’re going to make sure they get exactly what they want and how they want it if it is at all possible but here it’s more like you’re interrupting their day but like I said the place is still good I still go there to eat they’re not overly rude or mean or you know anything like that so I kind of feel good to even say anything about them but as far as the customer service aspect of it they can use a little bit more training

Why would you have a 3rd party delivery service take your orders for pickup orders in house??? So when they mess up the order, nobody can fix it, you’re told you have to call back to the third-party service. And the answering machine message doesn’t tell you it’s a third-party service, it just tells you if you want to place a pickup order press one. I’m not going to drive across town, get the wrong food, then have to call someone and wait again to have it fixed. Will not be back. Will not recommend.

When you call the number on the website, it’s not for the store, it’s door dash even though they answered the phone as WnB. The lady could never understand me and I asked her to repeat my order several times and when I got there, she still had my order wrong. The store refused to fix it. Their prices are too expensive to be getting my food order wrong. Take the number off of the stores website first off. Secondly, if my order is wrong, fix it!

We were staying at Great Wolf and needed some off resort food. This place was decent. First, the two young ladies who took our order were super nice and welcoming. I was slightly concerned about this due to an older review but there was no need for concern here. We ordered burgers and honey lemon pepper wings with fried rice. The burgers were really good. The wings and fried rice were ok. Not the best I’ve ever had but far from the worst. It was definitely pleasing for the price compared to the resort prices for food that wasn’t quite as good. I would recommend coming here and trying more of the menu.

Customer service is very poor! Do not order through a third party and your food is not right bc the restaurant will not fix the issue! My wings were suppose to be lemon pepper dry rub. They had no lemon seasoning on them and they were dry and hard! I had to inconvenience myself and leave work and they would not remake my food. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. They were also rude!
