We ate at Fiesta Charra which is here at the Dewitt Center. We love this place and the servers Alberto or Veronica are the best. We ordered tacos De Carne Asada Dinner. I ordered Pollo (chicken) Pueblano. Both dinners are set ed with rice and beans. They serve free chips and salsa and a spicy white cheese dip that only they serve. Very good

If I could give no stars I so would.. I bounce around the locations on the west side of Lansing and have for years and honestly this location every single time gets the order wrong! They’re more concerned with the conversations they have going on between each other than actually paying attention to the order and making it.. let alone if you walk in they just set your drink on the counter don’t even tell you it’s ready or that it’s even yours so by the time you get it most your ice is melted.. paying almost $7 for a cup of coffee I would figure they would take a little bit more pride in their work and at least get it somewhat right I spend about $40 a week on just biggby but I’ll tell you where I won’t be spending $40 a week… at this location!

This is my favorite location. They’ve never messed up my order and they’re ALWAYS friendly, especially today. I got some sad news while in the drive through and was embarrassed to be crying while trying to pay. When I got my drinks they had kind notes and smiley faces and absolutely made my day right away. This was already my favorite location but just that one small act of kindness made such a huge difference in my day. Thank you biggby!

St Joe/Creyts location: The wait times are always excessive, especially compared to other Biggby locations. The service is subpar, also compared to other Biggbys, Starbucks, Panera. I avoid this location when I’m on that side of town and sometimes opt for McDonalds across the street.

I enjoy going to biggby no matter where I’m at or what I’m doing. Which my girlfriend is kind of addicted to the place and it’s kinda rubbing off on me. Anyways, it was mostly an enjoyable experience like normal. However, it seem like egg on my sandwich wasn’t warmed up all the way cooked and was still watery/cold about half way through the sandwich. I got the waffle sausage, egg and cheese if that matters. Also, my girlfriend’s sandwich seemed like the cheese wasn’t all the way melted. Either way I’m still going to give them a second chance and see how they do.

My favorite Biggby. The staff works hard to get to know you. They know my name and always greet me by name. I like to work in there and I notice they know a lot of their customers names. This Biggby has built relationships and I think that’s what business is all about.
