Stopped there on the way to my fish camp with my grandson. We ordered some burgers and fries. He ordered a chocolate milk shake. We got our order. The burgers were thrown together and messy. My grandson’s shake wasn’t even mixed. Ice cream on the bottom and milk floating on the top.

Been eating here for 20+ years hate to stop here but love Hardee’s food . This location is one of the worse. 7 out 10 stops will end up with ether cold food or incorrect order not to mention having to pull up so they can pile you 4 deep to wait 10 minutes.

Made a delivery today , stopped to have a quick bite, barely made breakfast here at Hardee’s Jackson, AL. Usually if you catch the end of a closing meal, the food is… Minimal at best, but not here at Hardee’s Jackson. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. I made a point to find the MOD her name is Stephanie and she is the GM of the store. She ran it like a well oiled machine. Way to go girl, and you staff as well. You rock!

I love Hardee’s breakfast! Nothing starts my day off better than going by and grabbing breakfast and some OJ on my way to work! Plus the main young lady that works early morning shift is awesome! She’s nice and makes sure you have everything from ketchup and/or jelly to napkins, straws, etc. She always tells you to have a good day! Thanks for making my mornings start off right!

The new southwest omelet biscuit tastes great! I was let down though by the breakfast platter with ham. Biscuit was overdone and only had a tiny piece of deli this ham on it. What happened to the nice country ham I remember. Also the wait time was terrible. I know they’re busy at breakfast time but we waited at least 10 minutes on our fast food. So long that I wanted ketchup with my hashbrowns but after standing there waiting for a couple minutes for ketchup I gave up and ate them without. I wonder why the ketchup isn’t put out for customers to get on their own?
