Went through drive thru. No gluten free buns or lettuce wraps. Decided to order regular and eat without bun. They were out of roast beef. I left. Let us know when they will install a real Arby’s restaurant here.

Stopped here to grab a quick sandwich and mozzarella sticks and was not pleased at all with the food. The people over all were nice but seemed a bit unorganized. They pulled us forward because they were waiting on our mozzarella sticks and when we got them only 2 were fresh out of the 12 and they tasted burnt like the oil was old. I am super glad that I check all my sandwiches from most restaurants. When I turned my sandwich upside down the bun was covered in mold. HIGHLY unacceptable because this can get people sick. Will not be returning to this Arby’s ever again and will be submitting to corporate as well about the food standards. Have seen some bad reviews of food quality so would not recommend until quality improves.

We like their fish sandwiches , but it seems they only have fish sandwiches for a few months in summer. My kids like their curly fries . Customer service is so-so. Don’t expect much from them. We don’t dine in because the place is small and no play place like some of the McDonald’s. We usually ordered pickup from the drive-thru.

I got the French Dip sandwich and curly fries. The actual sandwich itself was fine, but the au jus was clearly stretched (diluted) with water to the point of it lacking flavor and lacking the viscosity required to dip the sandwich without it immediately turning to mush. And the fries were dead, probably had been sitting for 10+ minutes. Super disappointed, and now I’m sorry I even went there today.

Go through the one in Kent a lot had one incident a little bit ago with a woman doesn’t know how to add up she’s not very good at math at all so I was disgruntled there but for the most part it’s pretty good even though you don’t get the sliders on sale anymore between 2:00 and 5:00 it says they’re on sale but it’s the same price as regular they need to fix that

I purchased the new waygu burger and also the bacon chicken sandwich and it came out to $20 for those two meals. I got home and they didn’t give me the waygu burger but they gave me just a regular roast beef sandwich. I was upset bc I didn’t get a receipt either and I was 20 mins away to drive back. So I left a review to corporate and they literally called me within 5 mins and apologized and sent me coupons for free two meals on them. I give them 5 stars for corporate help to make it right and was so concerned and really personable about the hassle of getting the incorrect food.

Absolutely pathetic example of how to run a franchise. Closed by 9 pm on a nightly basis due to “short staffing” despite advertising being open until at least 10. I say “short staffing” because there’s usually 3-4 employees sitting on the counter joking around. On the off chance they are open after 9 they are out of meat. “Hello, welcome to Arby’s, we’re out of roast beef, chicken, turkey, fish. Go ahead with your order”. Absolute joke. Don’t waste time trying to get food here.
