When I got to this store it was dark it was approximately 9:30 p.m. and their back door was wide open allowing customers to see the back kitchen the sinks and the CO2 machines but also this is a huge security breach, they had now hiring signs everywhere in the lawn and on the door, when I went to use my coupon on the app she told me the cashier after very shortly and rudely greeting me by saying for here or to go and that’s it so was not able to use my coupon because they’re scanner is, when I asked her if they were hiring she told me no which was odd because it had signs blasted everywhere, when I got the fries they were old and soaked in old grease and too hard to eat, however the overpriced jalapeno poppers were good and also our two sandwiches were good

I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches advertised at 2 /$7 and the guy rang it up as 2@$5.19 the other customers were served before I got my order about 10/minutes later. The manager finally refunded all my $14.07.

They got the order wrong. The food was cold. The shorted up 1 medium beef sandwich. The service was terrible, and the lady who waited on us looked and smelled like she last bathed 2 weeks ago. She also had very dirty fingernails.

Solid Joint. I used to come to this place when it was Hardee’s. The inside seems smaller than in those day, but it still works just fine. The lighting fixtures may be the coolest in all of the less than glamorous Oakbrook Plaza.

Drive thru employee was extremely impatient while we were looking at the menu. Pulled up to the window with a coupon, was told we couldn’t use it (which was fine). However the employee was very rude when trying to explain why we couldn’t use it.

They say they close at 8 but they like to close whenever. The food is horrible if you go at the end of lunch rush or towards the end of the night and you better check your bag! They never ever remember to put everything in your bag. They should really close the location and put something worth eating in there.
