I ordered online through Uber Eats. I was disappointed when after waiting 50 minutes, Five Guys got my order wrong. The staff decided to add cheese to my order. Cheese isn’t a listed ingredient for the Veggie Sandwich and I didn’t indicate anywhere that it should be added to my order.

Patties were really dry first of all. Secondly, it seems like the cashier either doesn’t really care about your order. Screwed up my burger order by not adding the “all the way” option and then giving me a bowl of ingredients to put on my burger to fix it. I couldn’t eat the burger like that so I ended up eating it as a bowl. Worst experience I had at a Five Guys location.

This was my first time visiting Five Guys since they moved from across the street to this location. Parking was pretty easy and I was able to find a spot right out front. When entering, the place was really neat and clean. I ordered a cheeseburger all the way. My food was ready promptly. I wasn’t aware that the burger came with two patties. Had I known, I probably would ordered a single because it was a lot of food.
