Ordered pizza at around 8:38 am, it said it would be ready by 9:53……we went earlier cause it’s usually ready. Walk in 3 people talking behind the counter with 4 pizza laid out to go in oven. She says it said 10….we asked why they didn’t hear the phone when we tried to call. They didn’t hear the phone???????( 3 of them). We go back home, try to call again to see if it’s ready, no answer again…we get there it’s been done, had to wait for cashier to be done visiting and the pizza was cold when we got home(5min drive if that). Crust paper thin. Not impressed! They guy in front of us was getting irritated to, tryin to pay for his donuts and she is more worried about visiting. Sorry but poor customer service ..

This is the second time that we tried ordering a pizza from the benson road Casey’s. The first time my husband used his points to get it went 20 minutes later and they said it would be another hour so we canceled the order and he lost his points. Ended up going to the Casey’s on rice Street and wow they said 15 minutes which was great. Now tonight 12-19-21 at 5:35 he tried ordering and it told him 90 minutes so we called the store and they said it was correct so we cancelled. Called store on rice Street 15 minutes. I really think whoever is making the pizza at the one on benson has got to be slacking or needs help.

I walked in around 930, just after breakfast hours and asked for a pizza to be made. They already had a few made up but not yet baked, for the grab n go. They threw one of those in and within 10 minutes I had a great pizza. Excellent staff.

Love this place. Had us scan our debit card twice because computer didn’t take 1st time. Low and behold, charged us twice. Made 1 call to Manager, was credited back that next day. Who else could’ve been that quick?
