I called my order in 25 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. When I arrived, apparently they hadn’t even started on it because I waited in the store another 25 minutes for them to finish one burger, one small pain cheesesteak and a fry. As I asked for my money back because I didn’t have time to continue to wait which is why I called it in, one of the cooks said is it for —-and said my name? I said yes and he said, very hatefully, that the order was coming up right now. I still waited 10 more minutes to get my bag. I just grabbed it and walked out. Haven’t even ate it at this point because I’m so disgusted with the entire ordeal! They were rude, slow and unapologetic to say the least! Never going there again!

Giving them a 1 star because I can’t give 0. Very unprofessional and every worker had a horrible attitude. There were 3 people working in there total (1 waitress and 2 cooks)(only 1 cook was cooking, but she was also checking out customers and running orders), the cooks were cleaning and cooking with the same gloves on as well as checking customers out (touching the screens and money/card). I ordered a grilled cheese and my cheese wasn’t even melted. The only waitress there rolled her eyes at my table when we were trying to ask her a question. Very terrible experience and will NEVER return again. I suggest a rehiring process or shutting it down all together.

I love hwy 55 food. But this one in Rocky mountain is the worst. They gave me my burger with no fries. BUT THE WORST THING IS THAT AFTER THEY GOT THE CROWD DOWN. ONE OF THE COOKS WENT OUT SIDE IN THE BACK TO SMOKE SO WEED. THE RESTAURANT STARTED YO SMELL LIKE WEED. I DID NOT FINISH MY FOOD. The next time I am in Rocky mountain I will not eat there.

Soooo, I live nearby so I’ve eaten here before, but not in a while. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I was today. 2 large cheessteaks and onion rings. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were THREE onion rings in the tray. I know what the normal portions are and that ain’t it.

Worst cheeseteak I’ve ever had. The meat tasted like flour and the fries were stale. The whole restaurant/staff does not look presentable at all on top of that. The phone was also not working to call in. It was a constant busy siginal. Will never go to this location again.
