Initially it didn’t seem too busy. Waited in line. Went to order and was rushed to the kiosk to order instead. I ordered my donuts. Waited. And waited. Annnnnd waited. Watched other folks that they would speak with at the counter get their donuts and leave. I was waiting with the folks who ordered hot sandwiches and coffees. After fifteen minutes I gave up and just left, not bothering trying to get a refund.

We went there for a couple of coffees. Place needs a little of attention. The kids that work there are more concerned about their personal conversations than helping customers. I don’t like it when workers are having a side conversation while helping you because most likely they will mess up your order.

This is racist store. I ordered through the app. Picked it up and enjoyed the matcha latte. Then I went to use the restroom. After a little bit time maybe 10 minutes someone with red hoodie knocking the door over and over again! He was aggressive. I came outside and thought he gonna say something but nothing he didn’t say anything no eye contact. So I ask him – “are you ok!” He said nothing. The store employee his head was down , he was doing something on the phone said nothing! I think the red hoodie guy who was knocking the door over and over again was a employee or the employee over there knows this hoodie person. They are racist. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If a person wears a cheap clothes doesn’t mean he is broke. Never coming back!!
