This location is comically bad. I came twice a week for a semester, and ordered the same drink pretty much every time. I’m pretty sure no one really pays attention or tries, because they were all inconsistent in quality each visit. Hash browns were also stale and cold.

I mean they’re okay, but when they have a long line they tend to rush out orders and mess them up completely. Like I ask/pay for extra sugar and when I get my coffee it’s so bitter and taste as if there is Zero sugars. Sometimes they get it right, but they definitely can do a WHOLE LOT BETTER!!!

this placed is honestly getting on my frikin nerves. their frozen machine was down for a whole month and they finally got it fixed and then it went down again not too long ago. which is really annoying because i like to try to get the same thing because i really love the frozen caramel mocha coffees but i literally rarely get it anymore. the staff is polite i guess but not very sociable. and they never seem to have ANY apple fritters or coffee roles. i’m really disappointed in where this dunkin is heading.

OK so this has been happening recently. In the past three orders, this dunkin donuts have been getting my orders completely wrong. Today I ordered a cookies and cream iced coffee with sugar and it has zero sugar and zero flavor. This has been happening a lot more this semester and its frustrating. Instead of rushing through orders and making them completely incorrect, you guys should take your time and please the customers. I work at Cold Stone Creamery, and I make sure I please my customers. You guys have become sloppier over the course of the year and I would appreciate it if you guys start improving yourselves.

The coffee is bitter, and the donuts are perpetually stale, no matter what time of day you go. They don’t know the names of the donuts, so buying a dozen is always a pain, even though they are all CLEARLY labeled. Pointing and describing them isn’t much better; I’ve repeatedly gotten the wrong donuts with every method I’ve tried. The sandwiches are usually pretty good, albeit slow, even when they aren’t backed up.
