We were in town from Illinois. The business owner we were visiting recommended Cousins. He was right on the money! Fries were great and our sandwiches perfectly made and tasty. I hadn’t the Italian Special and my husband had the Chicken Cheddar Deluxe. The root beer was an added plus.

Always have good, fast service at this location. Often coupons available. They don’t have a drive through here but it is close to the gym and they have never messed up an order. The staff is always friendly. The french fries are delicious, crispy, and fresh. Cousins supports teachers in various ways so that is a bonus.

My son Loves their subs especially in SM because they always have soft & fresh bread. My experience was not the same this last purchase. Usually I don’t eat Cousins with a low carb life choice I decided on a BLT sub in a bowl. I’ll start off by saying it was the worst “salad” I’ve eaten. The lack spring greens was a disappointment, spare me a hand full of greens, w/a ton of white onions that totally overpowered everything else. Next they put what should’ve been a cold salad in with hot subs & the hot bacon in full strips directly on top of the greens which made the whole salad Hot! Lastly I got horrible heartburn from it. Nope not goin to be eating a “sub in a bowl” again. The price ya pay also is ridiculous for the size of this salad. I’ve received side salads 100% more appetizing at a family restaurant or McDonald’s. Apparently Cousins subs only takes pride in their subs??

I order from this place very often, I really like this location because they are fast clean and very welcoming. One of my favorites places to order food. The stuff is just great especially the manager Thomas. He was very friendly understanding, working things out in a timely manner even though I had to order super large orders and actually I am surprised how they never ever messed up an order even when I had to order for 1100 people. I also had to order once 1600 cookies and Thomas made it happen everything on time. The company I work for are very happy when I order food from them.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly and informative. I had the cheese steak with fries and a rooter. The cheese steak was just alright, u probably should have gotten it without the shredded lettuce. How ever the fries were expertly done. The root beer was a pleasant surprise, it tasted like a vanilla heavy A&W.
