This place was gross. My fiance waffle looked decent but was soggy from how much sauce was put on it. My real issue is that the food had no flavor bit everything was priced like a fine dining experience. 4.69 for 2 peice of microwaved bacon or sausage. I got the hamburger steak and it was 11.00 it was sitting in a puddle of ???? I couldnt tell you. Nothing was seasoned. I ate 3 bites and was done. I originally got a side salad, which includes 10 onion slices 1 cucumber slice and 1 tomato slice. It was wet and gross. The ranch was in little packages that looked it mcdonalds ranch. It was so thick it wouldn’t spread on my salad. I asked to change to soup, again no flavor it was so thick it was like a paste almost. Also very outdated atmosphere. It was dingy and dirty looking. Just take your money somewhere else because this place was awful.

After my dad’s appointment, he wanted breakfast. So i figured I would Google restaurants near me being in Anderson. This came up. I said hmm, Eva sounds Greek. Found the place. Walked in front entrance was filthy, that should have been my first clue. Decor was so 70s/80s and dirty. Sat down. Ordered pancakes for dad. my dad was not impressed with the pancakes. He says I make them better. I ordered a veggie omelet no cheese. The omelete was stuffed with canned mushrooms, gross, unripened tomato, (thought it was tomatos season), & raw chopped green pepper. The hash browns were frozen it was moosh no flavor. That breakfast was nasty. Nothing had flavor.

So Eva’s has always been fine for us. But today a friend and I took our babies out to breakfast. Her baby needed a diaper change and when we looked at the baby changing station in the bathroom, it had dried pee on it. Not happening. So my friend changed her baby in our booth, no problemo. Well we then heard our waitress talking with another customer about how trashy my friend was. The woman then came up and cussed at me and my friend. Out waitress proceeded to mostly ignore us the rest of the meal. I probably wont go back any time soon because A. That staff was unprofessional and hurtful when she could have just stayed neutral and B. The baby accommodations are dirty.

My husband and I went here for breakfast. I had a half order of biscuits and gravy. That gravy was absolutely delicious! My husband ordered a skillet and dry wheat toast. His toast came out buttered. He tried wiping off the butter but had to ask for more napkins. He then said why he needed more and they apologized and brought him a new plate of dry wheat toast. Simple mistake, but it was annoying. We most likely won’t be returning.
