Good menu altho limited, place is often quite empty, no worthy outside views but can see the entire 3rd floor. But it is a nice quiet place to eat. Offers a limited selection of soups, salads, pasta and sandwiches.

I was not happy with the quality of food. I usually eat at Lynwood Nordstrom’s and the food is always fresh and I love that place. I ordered turkey sandwich with butternut squash soup. The letters were brown and the soup was cold. I have eaten there before and the place has not been up to the par, but I thought to give it another chance. Come on, Nordstrom. Where is the expected quality? Especially in Bellevue. You have to change. I sure hope so.

The food is good, lots of choices. Price are average to high for fast cafeteria type food. The place was clean and the staff was nice. If you want a top notch meal for about the same price then head out of the mall and go across the street. There’s lots of choices right outside the door.

My sister and I waited a half an hour for a pizza when I asked if maybe they forgot about it, and she went to check before coming back and told me that the pizza was done and they were bringing it out “right now” as I saw other plates of food taken out (no one was in line before us when we got there so salmon people ordered after our PIZZA was coming out) we waited another ten minutes and no pizza. An amazing waiter came by who noticed we had been there awhile and asked to see our ticket so that he could check. Ten seconds later we FINALLY had pizza. We were very thankful to the waiter, but the pizza wasn’t even warm anymore. I was LIVID. I don’t appreciate being lied to and I don’t appreciate cold food. It was an absolute joke. The pizza had just been sitting there! Pizza should never take almost an hour, especially when there were no orders ahead of us. The second star is only for the waiter.
