This Is the same Burger King where I had the most horrible dining experience about 4 years ago. Their staff was rude, their service was really slow and lousy, the fries they served were cold, not to mention they were out of ice!! Fast forward to April 2023 when I went to this Burger King again, for the first time in 4 years, and I was completely and very pleasantly surprised. First off, the staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant was clean, the food was awesome. (The new Burger King fries can easily compete with Mc Donald’s fries!) I had such an awesome dining experience that I decided to write this review. Excellent job, BK!

I don’t understand how this BK is consistently so terrible. Orders are typically wrong and the quality of food sent out is almost always unacceptable. It’s always something. This time around food was ice cold and seemed to be days old. This isn’t an exaggeration. Do you really think it’s ok to send out rock hard burnt sausage? Biscuits were inedible. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say I could knock someone out with the biscuits.

This place is terrible. They ran out of the patties for the Jr whopper but did not inform me until after I paid for the order. So instead of using the whopper patty the manager said she would have to charge me for that. So instead she would refund me and have to order something different or wait until they cooked more to get my order!! Wow!

I’m new to the area, and I ate inside here on my first night in Covington. There was a really nice man who worked here. He was a cook and was great. He treated me well and was working hard. When it was slow he was even cleaning tables. He really made the visit great and I wish I knew his name but he was on break when I left. Keep up the good work sir. It’s much appreciated.
