Ordered online and as you can see, this was very disappointing. It was so small I had to open it up because I thought it was just a half but it really was just that small. I wouldn’t even mind if it tasted like human food but the meat was chewy and hard and had a strange flavor like canned dogfood smells. The cheese reminded me of cold pizza cheese from a bad delivery place, more like rubber than a cheese. I had high hopes based on the reviews but it looks like the good reviews fit the name of the place…Panchero means someone who is distrustful, exaggerates also means someone who sells panchos which are …hotdogs….hotdogs would have been better.

The food looks, smells, and tastes amazing. However… be aware that you’re probably eating contaminated food. The cashier (who handles cash) helps prepare the orders without washing his hands or even using a quick sanitizer. Be prepared to wait a looooong time for your food, especially if you order online. Each time I’ve been there for a mobile order, they don’t even start preparing it until I’m already there.

Pancheros used to be my favorite place to go, at one point I went once a week. I’m not sure what happened but i don’t recommend ordering online. I got food for my family…just for the carnitas tacos to be almost frozen still and the burritos were half the size they usually are and one of them tasted like spoiled dairy. They don’t answer the phone and when going in, they treat you like an inconvenience. Definitely wish I never spent money there last night and I’ve never said that before about Pancheros. Very disappointing as it was enough for me to feel like not going there anymore.

Im kinda confused online it says you close at 9 i pulled up at 7:55 and i saw a guy locking the door and shutting off the open sign. I understand that your short staffed and maybe a teammate had something going on but there was still customers in the lobby. Kinda ridiculous honestly. If you close at 8 change your online hours.

Take Chipotle or Salsarita’s and you’ve got Panchero’s. The food was mostly fresh (the chicken was a bit dry but that’s par for the course most of the time) – and the staff did a nice job of preparing the plates and getting us through the line. They cut us a break on the kids’ meals since we really had no idea how to order, ha, so that was a pleasant surprise. I recommend the nacho bowl with extra queso and sour cream!
