It’s Just Wings is not it’s own entity, it’s Chili’s, I’m not a fan of Chili’s so after driving in a circle, I realize it’s a part of Chili’s, total disappointment. Then I’m handed plain wings because they ran out of sauce and they could bring me one of their other sauces on the side. I asked for a refund, but because I ordered on-line they could not refund my money. I don’t like Chili’s and here’s another reason to support why I don’t.

Ordered here to try something different but ended up in a familiar place when the email said to pull into Chili’s Togo. I would have ordered some southwestern egg rolls too. All jokes aside, the wings were good. The ranch rub and garlic parm could have been a little heavier handed but the honey Chipotle and Apple BBQ were really good. The fries were cold and kinda old but I figured because I ordered late. Overall I would order again because the price was fair and the wings were good. Thank you we enjoyed.

This is the 3rd issue I’ve had. The 1st time the order was canceled and refunded. The next time They disregarded my order and just gave me some regular old wings. They were supposed to be Smokey ranch. This time I waited outside for 45 mins and still left with nothing. No one bothered to tell me they were out of certain flavors until I called to let them know I was outside, staff told me oh we were just about to come and tell you we don’t have smoky wings, do you want something else? I told her regular wings with ranch seasoning, waited another 10 minutes for the staff member to come out to say oh yeah we don’t have ranch seasoning, do you want something else. I told her a refund. She told me to go to DoorDash. I had to explain to her I didn’t order via DoorDash and she still insisted that chilis couldn’t pay me, DoorDash does which was wrong, had to wait again. Manager came, told me they DID have smoky wings, took my info and said refund will be given. This is the worst chilis.

Seeing some the bad reviews I was sceptical but me and some coworkers decided to give it a try. All of us were super pleased. The sauces were amazing. The chicken was very good. The fries were not the Arby’s seasoned fries but we’re still very good. Super pleased with the price to plate size. Most definitely coming back again!

Submitted order on their website, food showed up on time and was was warm. However half the order was missing…. phone number on the receipt was disconnected, but the phone number from Google search worked. They told us they had run out of what we had ordered and we needed to follow up with door dash. Haven’t had any luck with door dash as we didn’t order from their website/app…. as for food we received it was decent, wings were a little wet but sauce was good.

I see some fairly harsh and non-objective reviews on this restaurant and I will try and actually talk about the food in earnest. I’m on my second order with this restaurant and frankly the quality is fantastic. The sauces are inspired and different from the rest, the wings are always cooked to perfection and the amount of food you get versus the contemporary competition is insane. If you want value, more flavor than you paid for and more leftovers than you could hope for, I’d recommend giving this little place a shot

The apple sauce was very unique. The ranch is my kind of ranch, runny and yummy! The garlic Parmesean wings were a bit too much garlic wise. Overall, we enjoyed it. Just wish it came with celery or carrots.
